The Mixed up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankwieler
"Jamie, I want to know if Michealangelo did it. I can't explain why exactly. But I feel that I've got to know. For sure. One way or another. A real discovery is going to help me," Claudia says in the book. The Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankwieler, by E.L. Konigsburg, is about two children, Claudia and Jamie, who runaway to the Metropolitan Mueseum of Art. There the plot leads the two stowaways into a mystery about a statue in the mueseum. In the end, the children find out about the statue by a lady named Mrs. Basil E. Frankwieler. Claudia is very persistent and smart because she was able to survive on her own.
